2008 Fall Clay Shoot
Tournament on October 17th, 2008
It is that time of year again! The Pipeliners Association of Houston is very
pleased to once again sponsor our Fall Clay Shoot for members and guests.
The shoot is scheduled for October 17th, 2008. Rio Brazos Hunting Preserve
will be hosting the shoot again.
Clay Shoot Agenda

Course open/onsite registration begins – 9:00 a.m.

Practice game begins – 9:00 a.m.

Group safety talk – 12:00 p.m.

Shooting starts at each station – 12:30 p.m.

Door prizes and award ceremony
SHOOT FORMAT
The shoot will again have 5 man teams. There will be two courses. Each course
will have 5 shooting stations with 5 shooting cages, about six to ten feet
apart, in a line. At each station, everyone will shoot a total of 20 possible
targets.
Registration Information

Entry fees are $850 per 5-man team and includes 12 or 20 gauge ammo

Game tickets - $15 per shooter

Golf carts - $75 per cart

Raffle tickets - $5 each

Gun raffle squares - $10 & $20 each

Directions to Rio Brazos
From Simonton, proceed west on FM 1093 west for 1.6 miles. Turn left on Guyler
Road. Go 1.1 miles to Rio Brazos entrance on your left, just before the church.

TROPHIES
We will recognize the top scoring teams and to the high overall individual
score in both the men’s and lady’s division.
DOOR PRIZE
In addition, there will be a large number of door prizes available to lucky
winners of the drawing after the shoot.
RAFFLES
And to top it off, there will be a special raffle for some very nice gifts and
chance to win a new gun on the gun squares.

will be recognized on our website and at the shoot

Gold Sponsor – includes two team entry fees and two carts: $2,500.00

Silver Sponsor – includes one team entry fee and one cart: $1,250.00

Station Sponsor (limited number available – sponsor to provide tent, table,
chairs and one volunteer for scoring): $250.00

Door Prize Sponsor: $100.00
PRE SHOOT FOOD & FUN
Cookers will be on hand during registration and after the shoot to provide
great food and snacks. Non-Alcoholic ice cold beverages and water will be
provided throughout the day. Tickets will be available on the day of the shoot
for warm-up games with a chance to win a special prize.

Pipeliners is proud that all proceeds from this event will be used to fund our
scholarship program which each year benefits college students in our area.
