Regular Meetings - Dinner meetings will be held on the first Monday in each month, or as may be determined by the Board of Directors.
The program for these meetings shall be under the direction of the Program Committee.
The time and place for each meeting shall be under the direction of the Program Committee.
Notice of meetings shall be mailed to all active members by the Secretary at least six (6) days prior to each meeting.
Parliamentary Standards - "Robert's Rules of Order" shall be the parliamentary standard on all points not covered by the By-Laws.
